Standard Cleaning

Starting at $150

This package includes, cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces not limited to: counters, exterior of cabinets, window sills, sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors, exterior of kitchen appliances, furniture, handles/knobs, light switches and outlets, etc; top to bottom dusting including including but not limited to: baseboards, ceiling fans, air vents, etc; change of bedding, emptying trash, and floors and stairs: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

Deep Cleaning

Starting at $275

This luxury package includes everything in the standard cleaning plus: cleaning of the interior of the refrigerator and oven, interior windows, wipe down of baseboards, washing dishes (by hand or dishwasher), putting away laundry, closet tidying for up 2 closets

Move In/Out Cleaning

Starting at $175

This package includes, cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces not limited to: counters, exterior and interior of cabinets and drawers, window sills and interior windows, sinks, toilets, showers/tubs, mirrors, exterior and interior of kitchen appliances, furniture, handles/knobs, light switches and outlets, baseboards, etc; top to bottom dusting including but not limited to: baseboards, ceiling fans, air vents, etc; and floors and stairs: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

Expert Home Cleaning Services

What's not included in our residential services...

Cleaning of walls: Our house cleaners are not permitted to clean or wash walls as this is a protective measure for your paint. We can spot clean using a magic eraser if needed.
Laundry: As a home cleaning service company, we do not provide personal laundry services. We will put clean laundry away and change bedding.
Pets and Bodily Fluids: We specialize in luxury home cleaning, and will not clean up your pets' waste or your bodily fluids. This includes but not limited to: animal urine and/or feces, human urine and/or feces, blood, etc.
Outside areas: Our cleaners are not permitted to clean any outside areas including but not limited to: exterior windows, garages, patios, balconies, sheds, or attics. Cleaners however are permitted to wipe down the exterior of front and/or patio doors and patios/balconies for move in/out cleanings only.
Mold and other Bio-hazards: For the safety of our staff, no one on our team is permitted to clean any mold or bio-hazard surface, room or home.
Washing of blinds: Our house cleaners are permitted only to dust blinds. They will not wash, scrub or clean blinds due to company insurance guidelines.
Polishing of Hardwood Floors: We are not floor experts. To avoid scratching or damaging your beautiful floors, the cleaners with not polish or wash your hardwood floors.
Paint removal: As with floors, we are not painting experts. Removal of paint from floors, walls, or other surfaces are not included with our cleaning services.
Steam/Carpet Cleaning: Our cleaners are not trained to clean carpets, rugs or upholstery.
Excessive Trash Removal: Our home cleaners are permitted to empty your home trash cans and that is it. We do not provide junk removal.
Restoration Cleaning: Our cleaners will not clean homes that have flooded or had a fire.
Hoarded Homes: We do not offer cleaning services for homes that are hoarded.
